Hypothesis – Fatboy

  2. Sleeping a lot ends up being worse for your mind and body
  3. Too much sleep ends in extremely less productivity throughout the day while also making your body think that you need a big amount of sleeps so you end up more tired than before
  4. People who take less naps throughout the day are more likely to have less stress and get more stuff done
  5. Although sleeping does leave you feeling a little bit more energized and refreshed, it leaves a worse toll on you if you get too much of it.
  6. Making sure that we don’t sleep for too long would lead us to living a better lifestyle
