  1. If you stay up late, then you feel tired the next day.
  2. If you stay up late, then you are tired and its hard to learn.
  3. Being tired demotivates you sometimes and requires more efforts and time to complete the task.
  4. There are more consequences for staying up late since it is harder, you can be less motivated to do it. It can affect your health physically and mentally.
  5. Getting sufficient sleep is an essential part of both physical and mental health. Reaction time increase as a person doesn’t sleeps or doesn’t have enough sleep. This means that the more sleep a person loses, the longer it takes for them to react to stimulus.
  6. Sleep loss increases reaction time due to the body’s competing needs. When we are underslept, our body is experiencing a need for sleep, a need to stay awake, and a need to perform tasks.

Sleep Deprivation can be deadly.

A huge percentages of fatal traffic accidents result from a sleep-deprived driver.

Surgery residents who haven’t slept for 48 hours should not be trusted to operate on patients.

An astonishing percentage of homicides are committed by murderers who haven’t slept in 24 hours or longer.
