It seems counterintuitive to use sanctions against Iran to force them into dismantling their weapons, because of the effect it had on South Africa. Sanctions made South Africa create their bombs and they used billions of dollars in the program, instead of further development of other things such as infrastructure, or schools or other problems within South Africa. F.W De Clerk also discusses how the sanctions placed against South Africa did not help who it was supposed to, and actually had a reverse effect almost, by harming others more than it did the intended victims of the sanctions. This ultimately allowed for 6.5 bombs to be built, and later dismantled after the regime.

It seems counterintuitive to place armor on the spots with the most bullet holes in a returning aircraft, but instead to place them on the places with the least bullet holes. This is because the parts that were undamaged were actually the reason the planes came back. Holes in the wing have a smaller effect than a hole in say the propeller, engine, or fuel storage. So it would be smarter to place armor there instead of the places with the most bullet holes, because you cannot armor the whole plane because of power to weight ratio, as well as issues with being aerodynamic.

It seems counterintuitive that Walmart would be shouting from the rooftops about being organic and local, yet in Austin, Texas, the closest things to being local was “Made in the U.S.A” sign. Following this, a McDonalds not far from the produce section as well as coolers filled with Hormel bologna. The company sells more than 18% of all groceries bought in the United States, and research shows shoppers often chose Walmart over many other grocery stores for organic food. https://www.motherjones.com/environment/2012/03/walmart-groceries-organic-local-food-deserts/

Just a quick note to acknowledge I’ve seen your Summaries. Insufferable feedback to follow.

I’m going to help you recognize confusion in your sentences and replace it with clarity, if you’ll be patient with me, SloMo.
